Due to the recent Covid-19 pandemic we have reviewed and updated all of our salon policies
and procedures.
As always the health and wellbeing of our clients and our staff is our top priority.
Our usual hygiene protocols are extremely high and following government guidelines and
advice from our own industry federations we have since put in extra measures to further
protect you and ourselves whilst in the salon.
Cancellations and No Shows
We understand that clients occasionally need to change or cancel their appointments. Should you need to do so we ask for at least 24 hours notice or 50% of the treatment(s) will be charged.
Failure to arrive for an appointment without prior notice within the required 24 hour notice period, will result in your appointment being classed as a ‘no show’ and 50% of the treatment(s) payable.

Feeling Unwell…?
If you or someone you live with are feeling unwell, awaiting results of a corna virus test, if you
have tested positive or if you have any symptoms at all you must not come in for your
appointment, and we kindly ask that you let us know in as much time as possible.
Unauthorised Access To Salon
If entry to the Salon is required by anybody other than the staff of Georgie & Co. Beauty including outside contractors and landlords in the case of an emergency, Georgie & Co. Beauty must immediately be contacted and details recorded for track and trace and also so that a deep clean can be carried out.
This is to ensure that all areas and touch points remain COVID-SECURE for clients and therapists and that our insurance remains valid. As per law we are required to hold records for at least 21 days of everybody that has come into the salon for the track & trace systems therefore if access is gained when the salon is closed and I am unaware we will have no record.
Training
All our therapists have had up to date training in all areas of Health & Safety, specifically Covid-19.
Records / Personal Information
